Welcome to Lindridge House
A large welcoming house, with a family home atmosphere, Lindridge House is situated in the beautiful Devon countryside. With enchanting gardens, surrounded by fields and wooded hills, the property has an air of tranquility and peace. Lindridge House can provide accommodation for up to 15 people with facilities for many more for day events in the grounds. The house has central heating as well as an open fire and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, activity/conference room and lounge.
Many groups use the lovely building simply as a retreat, for a family holiday, to celebrate Christmas or New Year with family and friends or to run a project or training event. Management training, theatre groups, school activity days and even wedding receptions have been held here - the possibilities are endless and this is what makes Lindridge House unique.
Outside there is ample parking and over three acres of beautiful grounds with picnic benches and a paved barbecue area.
Lindridge is owned by national charity Toc H (www.toch.org.uk) and operates as an ethical centre. All revenue earned by the property is invested in community programmes which promote friendship and equality for all regardless of culture, religion or race (visit www.toch.org.uk). Lindridge House offers outdoor pursuits and is ideal for adventure and educational holidays. The property is situated to explore the Dartmoor National Park, Torquay, Paignton, Exeter, Dawlish, Teignmouth and Dartmouth and is approximately 1.5 hours drive from the Eden Project.
