There are hundreds of ways in which you can help out - from simply spreading the word to people you think would be interested in the fantastic location to hands-on volunteering such as cleaning, gardening, catering and helping to facilitate activities. There's no minimum time commitment and it's a great way to put something back into the community, to learn new skills and make new friends. Contact the centre manager for details.
